Robert E. Mielnicki
Owner & Attorney
Attorney Robert E. Mielnicki graduated cum laude (5th in a class of 100) from Duquesne University in 1991. While in law school, he worked as a summer associate for Kirkpatrick, Lockhart and Gates, one of the largest law firms in the country. Recognizing then, that representing corporations was not for him, he chose to work as a Public Defender for 4 years, upon graduating from law school.
For over 25 years, The Law Office of Robert E. Mielnicki has obtained far more than $7 million for its clients, a figure that is conservatively low, as it’s nearly impossible to remember all the cases settled by Attorney Mielnicki going back to 1996. Attorney Mielnicki has taken a 25% contingency fee from nearly every client he has represented, a figure that is below what the industry standard is, and has often taken less.
